29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2):The employer did not adequately develop an emergency response plan for emergencies which addressed the following minimum requirements of this standard: 1910.120(q)(2)(ii): At the Waste Water Area within U.S. Tsubaki located at 106 Lonczak Drive, Chicopee, MA: On June 11, 2021 and at times prior, the Emergency Response Plan did not contain clearly defined personnel roles, lines of communication, or provisions for employee training. Waste Water Technicians are expected to respond to uncontrolled releases of sulfuric acid for the purpose of stopping the release without a fully developed emergency response plan in place.
