29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section were not visually inspected monthly. Production Area - In the following instances, portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to monthly inspections: a) Two Kidde 10 pound Class ABC fire extinguishers mounted to support beams, one of which showed overpressure on the gauge. b) One Kidde 15-pound Class ABC fire extinguisher mounted near the loading dock exit door, which showed under-pressure on the gauge.
