29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): The employer is failing to protect employees by not assessing the workplace to determine hazards are present which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. On or about 6/1/2021, at 200 Ozark Outdoors Land, Leasburg, MO 65535, the employer failed to assess the worksite to determine the personal protective equipment when the use of the Methyl Ethyl Ketone, lubricants, engine coolant and other chemicals in the maintenance shop.
