29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9):All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. At a worksite located at 1100 Presley Dr, Cassville, Missouri. Employees in the maintenance shop operating the 10 inch Craftsman table saw serial # 3031P0512, Asset # 044821-00-01, were exposed to amputation hazards from rotating parts from the belt and pulley which was not guarded.
