29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Tufting Production Area: On or about 04/29/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not develop adequate machine specific procedures for employees working on equipment such as, but not limited to, Tufting Machine # 06 (Tuftco Corp. Model No. 102040614-L, S/N 768022438-B). b)Tufting Production Area: On or about 04/29/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards, in that the employer did not develop adequate alternate work procedures (AWP) for employees working on equipment such as, but not limited to, Tufting Machine # 06 (Tuftco Corp. Model No. 102040614-L, S/N 768022438-B).
