29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) On or about April 14, 2021 - Block sorter line area, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when combustible wood dust had accumulated above the line on the overhead pipes, overhead old crane rails, overhead equipment supports, and overhead beams.
