29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. Solution Room 1- Reactor and Holding Tank 1: On or about April 13th 2021, the employer did not adequately develop and utilize a procedure to control the thermal and pressure hazards created when the operator drained hot water from the 3000 gallon tank during maintenance operations.
