29 CFR 1904.35(b)(1)(i): The employer did not establish a reasonable procedure for employees to report work-related injuries and illnesses promptly and accurately: a.) Wabtec U.S. Rail, Inc., on or about November 2nd, 2020 - The employer failed to establish a reasonable injury or illness reporting policy in that: 1. On or about November 2nd, 2020, Wabtec U.S. Rail, Inc. suspended an employee (Production Technician) without pay for failing to report an injury at the time of the workplace exposure even though the employee reported the injury as soon as practicable after the injury became apparent. 2.
