29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee in a hoist area is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by one of the systems listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i)(A)-(C). The employer does not ensure employees working at heights greater that (4) feet are protected from falls.. This violation was observed on or about March 24, 2021 in the truck beds oven area, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 4 feet while working on suspended truck beds . Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure employees are protected from fall hazards.
