29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At the Workplace, Montgomery Gate, 361 Montgomery St., Jersey City, NJ a) The employer failed to develop and / or implement a written hazard communication program for employees performing property repair and maintenance duties using chemicals including but not limited to Liquid Plunger Drain Pipe Cleaner that contained approximately 50% Sodium Hydroxide, (pH 13.0), Banner Chemical Rinse Free Floor Stripper (pH 12.0), and Benzomatic Propane brazing gas that contained pressurized flammable gas. Violation occurred on or about May 20, 2021
