29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(H): The employer did not adequately train forklift operators in forklift capacities: a. At the US Lumber Group, LLC. outside yard, at 4627 JP Hall Blvd, on or about March 9, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not adequately train forklift operators to determine lift weights and forklift capacity reductions due to lift heights, exposing forklift operators to rollover hazards.
