29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) On or about February 27, 2021, in the production room, at the blue conveyor belt, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was utilized for the control of hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in a service and/or maintenance task, such as cleaning dough from a metal part under the rolling belt, thereby exposing employees to fractures, and/or amputation hazards.
