29 CFR 1910.266(f)(1)(i):The employer did not assure that each machine, including any machine provided by an employee, was maintained in a serviceable condition: a) The employer is failing to ensure that employees operate machinery in serviceable condition. This was most recently documented on or about January 11, 2021, when employees worked at 964 Highway AA in Alton, MO. Employees operated a Ford New Holland (Model: L-783 / Serial No. 778577) skid steer that presented mechanical and structural deficiencies to include leaking hydraulic fluid and missing cab guards.
