29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not ensure that a written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was established and implemented for required respirator use. Employees were required to wear 3M model 07182 half mask air purifying respirators with P100 filters when welding, spray painting, or grinding. The employer had not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
