29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Bucktail Medical Center - The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear N95 respirators for protection with worksite-specific procedures for respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix). The employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts when exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents and/or patients, on or about December 24, 2020.
