29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about February 5, 2021 at the prep area of the facility, an employee was exposed to a caught-in hazard while cleaning the belt and pully system of a 10 inch table saw without utilizing established procedures.
