29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) FACILITY WIDE - Employees used products while performing landscaping duties, including but not limited to gasoline, motor oil, and diesel fuel, and the employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program, on or about February 1, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
