29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about January 14, 2021 the employer failed to ensure that machine specific procedures had been developed for the portable hydraulic ram system (combination of Honda combustion engine, hydraulic pump, and ram). The hydraulic ram (RJ-200-b-5265) and components were serviced and maintained by employees. Hazardous energies present on the equipment include mechanical and hydraulic.
