29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(i): Lift controls were not tested each day prior to use to determine that such controls were in safe working condition. (a) USS Preble Destroyer: On the starboard side of the vessel, the employer provided employees engaged in spray painting activities an aerial work platform to use, which was not inspected prior to each use to determine that such controls were in safe working condition.
