29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section (a) On or about January 5, 2021, Hospital Cooperative laundry, Inc. failed to follow their procedures for lock-out/tag-out on the Air Chicago CT Towel Folder and as required in the instruction manual, which states "Make sure the power is turned OFF at the main disconnect switch. Follow lockout/tagout procedures approved for your site."
