29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(vii): The written program did not contain provisions for training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they were potentially exposed during routine and emergency situations: a) Fort Payne Hospital Corporation dba DeKalb Regional Medical Center located at 200 Medical Center Drive, SW, Fort Payne, Alabama: On or about January 11, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure the written respiratory protection program included a provision regarding training of employees. The employer required employees to wear respirators while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 patients.
