29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4):Safeguards designed to protect workers during an emergency (e.g. sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting) were not in proper working order at all times. On or about December 7, 2020 and at times prior thereto in the Treatment Services Area of the Eco Services Operations Houston manufacturing plant, workers were exposed to fire hazards when the alarm reset panel for the fire suppression system alarm in the Regen 2 Unit Control Room was not in proper working order.
