29 CFR 1910.1053(c):The employer did not ensure that no employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of respirable crystalline silica in excess of 50 g/m3, calculated as an 8-hour TWA. a) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees ( Forklift Operator/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 149.06mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet. b) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (QC/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 75.2mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet. c) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 176.3mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet.
