29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. Energy control procedures and/or equivalent protections were not required to be utilized by employees when performing minor adjustments during normal production on the Yoder mills (Mills 1, 2, 3) exposing employees to inrunning nip points.
