29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about November 12, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the trailer tank cleaning area, employees were required to wear Honeywell / North brand half face tight fitting respirators while cleaning out trailer tanks without having an established written respiratory protection program.
