29 CFR 1926.152(i)(6): In locations where flammable vapors could have been present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition. On or about November 12, 2020, employees engaged in cutting plastic pipe were exposed to potential explosion and fire hazards as they were starting and stopping an internal combustion engine powered compressor while it was in operation next to a full gas can.
