29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C):Where lockout is used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: An annual lockout/tagout inspection was not conducted between an inspector and each authorized employee. (Note: the purpose of the annual inspection is to ensure employees are conducting lockout/tagout according to standard requirements and specific procedures, and to identify any deficiencies that exist with the company lockout/tagout program and procedures.) Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
