29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: On or about October 7, 2020, in front of an office trailer, an employee was allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck while standing to the side of the operator's cab while the forklift was driven by another employee. During forklift operation, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
