29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Practices addressed in this standard. Employees shall be trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments. On or about 9/26/20 the employer did not provide safety-related work practices to unqualified employees, such as but not limited to lead electricians, laborers and installers working on solar farms prior to their respective job assignments such as installing solar panels and connecting electrical harnesses exposing employees to 1500 volts DC
