29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Milk Barn Basement: On September 15, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to provide lockout/tagout procedures to employees performing repairs and maintenance of a teat spray block attached to the Waikato Rotary Parlor deck, thereby exposing them to machine movement and hazardous energies. NOTE: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item.
