29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about August 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure an employee working from the bucket of a tree trimming bucket truck (aerial lift device) wore a personal fall arrest system that met the requirements of 1910 Subpart I  Personal Protective Equipment. The employee did not have the leg straps of his personal fall arrest systems harness fastened while working from the aerial lift bucket.
