29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Each scaffold and scaffold component was not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least 4 times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: a) Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA: A pair of Bil-Jax scaffold side bracket that had been welded together failed to support the load imposed on it which resulted in platform collapse and an employee suffering serious injuries from a fall, discovered on or about September 1, 2020.
