29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: On or about August, 28, 2020, at the location of 3225 W. 71st St., CLEVELAND, OH, 44102, the employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed when employees were required to work with corrosive chemicals, such as recirculating vat cleaner, which contained sodium hydroxide; and battery acid, which contained sulfuric acid. Both chemicals required the use of chemical gloves, chemical goggles, and, or a face shield.
