29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. (a) On or about August 21, 2020, at Warehouse #18, employee(s) did not have specific procedures for isolation of gravitational energy when making repairs and securing the forks on a Toyota lift truck (Serial #73013, model 7FGCU25) that was lifted approximately 10 inches off the ground.
