29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59). The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards. This was most recently documented on August 20, 2020 at the residential construction site located at 14013 W 72nd Shawnee KS. Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees were required to dispense gasoline into an air compressor. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program to address the hazards associated with the chemicals used on site. Chemicals used on site included but were not limited to gasoline.
