29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) At the facility, 1621 Route 22 West Operating Company, LLC, Somerset, NJ. The employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Housekeeping employees who provided care and services to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive residents. The employer provided and required the use of N95 respirators and respirators labeled KN95 at the facility. Violation occurred on or about 05/09/2020, and thereafter.
