29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xiii)(C): Cutters or welders and their supervisors were not suitably trained in the safe operation of their equipment and the safe use of the process: a) In the metal scrap cutting work area, the torchmen were not suitably trained in the safe operation of cutting heavy metal scrap parts. This exposed employees to a struck-by and crushing hazard.
