29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) 874 Rt 70E, Marlton, NJ: Employees such as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who were provided with, and required to use, tight-fitting respirators were not provided with medical evaluations. The employees provided direct care to patients with confirmed and/or suspected cases of COVID-19. Violation occurred on or about 5/6/2020 and thereafter.
