29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(i): All employees performing work covered by this section did not receive training in: (A) The safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this section that pertain to his/her job assignments. (B) Any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures that are not specifically addressed by this section, but that are related to his or her work and are necessary for his or her safety. A. SOLAmerica Solar Farm, on or about August 6, 2020, the employer did not train employees on the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this section that pertain to his/her job assignments. Furthermore, employees were not trained in and/or familiar with any other safety practices, including applicable emergency procedures that are not specifically addressed by this section, but that are related to his/her work and are necessary for his/her safety, thereby exposing employees to arc flash and / or electrical shock hazards.
