29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): 29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Green Knoll Care, LLC dba Complete Care at Green Knoll, Rt 202 North, Bridgewater, NJ: The employer provided and required Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to wear N95 respirators when providing direct care to suspected or confirmed Covid-19 positive residents/patients without providing medical evaluations prior to their use in the workplace. Violation occurred on or about 4/16/2020 and after.
