29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) At the facility, 622 South Laurel Ave, Hazlet, NJ. The employer provided and required Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Housekeeping staff to wear N95 respirators while providing care and services to suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 positive patients. The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific respirator use that included all provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(I)-(ix). Violation occurred on or about 5/19/2020, and thereafter.
