29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Anchor Care and Rehabilitation 3325 NJ-35 Hazlet, New Jersey 07730: The employer did not develop a written respiratory program for employees, including but not limited to Registered Nurses, Nurse Aides and Housekeeping staff, that were provided with and required to wear N95 respirators and/or respirators labeled as KN95 when providing direct care or housekeeping services to COVID-19 positive/suspect patients, on or about 05/02/2020 and thereafter.
