29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Facility, 210 St Marys Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ - The employer provided and required the use of respirators at the facility. The employer did not ensure that employees, such as, but not limited to, housekeeping employees, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses, who were provided with and required to wear N95 respirators, were provided with a medical evaluation prior to their use of respirators, on and after 5/2/2020.
