29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 1910.134(c)(1)(i)-(ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Throughout the facility, Innova Gloucester Deptford Bridge Operations LLC in Deptford, NJ - A site specific written respiratory protection program that included, but was not limited to training, storage, and maintenance of respirators was not established for employees, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs and housekeeping employees who provided care and services for COVID-19 positive and suspect residents. The employer provided N95 respirators and respirators labeled as KN95 to employees for use, on or about 4/19/2020 and after. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
