29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control measures; On or about July 14, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that the energy control procedures for the AIDA 300 ton press contained or outlined the procedures for testing and verifying the effectiveness of locking out the equipment prior to performing service or maintenance.
