29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Clark Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 1213 Westfield Ave, Clark, NJ - Patient Care Units and Special COVID-19 unit: On or about April 16, 2020, and thereafter, the employer failed to develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Service Workers, and Activity Assistants, who are required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators while performing job duties such as, but not limited to, providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive nursing home residents.
