29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2)(iii)(B): Where it was determined that any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), while operating up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than the minimum approach distance of the power line permitted under Table A (see � 1926.1408), the requirements in paragraph (b) of this section were not met: a) Madison Dam Civil Project: On or about July 13, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burns while placing concrete blocks within the minimum approach distance of the energized 100,000-volt overhead transmission line with a Link Belt TCC 750 crane.
