29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) Wash bay: On or about July 3, 2020, tank wash technicians entered semi-trailer tankers that had contained hazardous chemicals such as (but not limited to), 190-proof ethyl alcohol where the employer did not have a reasonable estimate of exposure and did not consider the atmosphere to be IDLH.
