29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: 25 Southgate St, Worcester MA: On or about 6/28/20, protective equipment such as, but not limited to, a chemical-resistant jacket, was not used for an employee transporting HLC-5000, which contains up to 50% sodium hydroxide (NaOH), resulting in injuries to the employee's arms and upper body.
