29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment: On or about June 25, 2020, where employees work with and around Sulfuric Acid 93% when performing addition to the pickling tank, the employer did not require employees to utilize personal protective equipment including, but not limited to chemical resistant aprons with chemical resistant sleeves or chemical resistant suits, that would protect the torso, arms, and legs of employees.
